Identified - Due to recent security changes made by Salesforce, Yesware's integration with Salesforce has been temporarily disabled for certain users. A manual reauthentication should restore the sync from Yesware to Salesforce.

We are recommending all users experiencing any kind of difficulties accessing Salesforce to reauthenticate on the Yesware App-Site (app.yesware.com).

Once on the app-site, affected users should navigate to: Settings > Salesforce Preferences and hit "Authenticate with Salesforce"

Please note: Even if this screen shows a user as already being authenticated, individuals should disconnect first and then reauthenticate

Should any users continue to encounter any issues with the Salesforce integration after manually reauthenticating, we ask that they contact our Support Team (support@yesware.com) for further troubleshooting.
