Our engineers have successfully deployed a fix, which should eliminate any previously encountered issues tracking emails sent through the desktop version of Outlook while on Mac computers. Users may need to close out and reopen the Outlook application in order for this change to take effect.

Our engineers are currently investigating our Outlook Add-in as we've received reports of email tracking not functioning within the desktop version of Outlook, specifically from users on Mac computers. As soon as they have any updates and/or a fix, we'll be sure to notify all impacted users.
For the time being, we recommend using the web version of Outlook (https://outlook.office365.com) as this is functioning normally and should allow users to send tracked emails as they normally would. Emails sent by Mac-based users through Yesware's Campaign feature should be unaffected.
